    As a honors undergraduate, May Liou graduated from National Taiwan University. After emigrating from Taiwan, she attended graduate school at Western Michigan University. Upon relocating to Los Angeles, California, Mrs. Liou received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University in 1985. She was admitted to the State Bar of California the following year. The Law Offices of May Liou was established in 1986, and has served the community for over 20 years.

   May Liou served as a board member at the Grand National Bank from 1997 to 2000.  With her broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in many diverse areas of law and her unique background in both the Chinese and American cultures, she has also been elected to sit on the board of many successful businesses.  She is currently serving many businesses as their general corporate legal counsel. May Liou is an active member of the Chinese-American community in Los Angeles. Mrs. Liou served as President of the Taiwanese Lions Club during 2001 and 2002. Recently, the Superior Court of California has certified her as an moderator for disputes.

   Ms. Swisher has been in the legal field for over 12 years. She began her career as a legal assistant at a business litigation firm and quickly moved up to a position as a paralegal. Her work in the profession fueled her desire to attend law school. Upon her graduation from law school, she took and passed the California Bar Examination on her first attempt.

Mr. Wang was born and raised in Hacienda Heights, CA. While attending law school,
he interned at the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Office of Consumer Protection. He is a member of Wisconsin Law School's Consumer Law Litigation Clinic. And won the Janet D. Steiger Fellowship Award from the ABA Section on Antitrust Law.
